Legalities:
The country of origin, fiber content, care instructions,
business name or rn# must be on the label. The only thing you
have to do is supply a business name, logo or rn#. We will add all
of the other legal requirements to the label. The
federal government indicates the following in regards to a
business name:
"The name on the label must be the full name
under which the company is doing business. This is the name that
appears on business documents, such as purchase orders and
invoices. It cannot be a trademark, trade name, brand, label, or
designer name — unless that name is also the name under which the
company is doing business."
Therefore, if your business name is John Doe Enterprises the
label cannot say "999 Apparel". It must have John Doe Enterprises
or an rn#.
We are required to keep records of the
original
label and replacement details for three years by
the Federal Government.

Your design will be printed in one color black ink in a
standard legible font if we typeset
your business name. The actual colors submitted will be printed if you submit your
own logo graphic file.

Full color printining is offered. If you submit your own logo, it will
be reproduced in the colors submitted. The required legal text is
printed in black. We have two of the highest quality
digital printers ever made to reproduce your logo in this very small
size.

.gif @ 300 dpi resolution.
